This Privacy Policy explains how AI Partners, Inc. processes information for AI Partners Data Sync.
AI Partners Data Sync is provided by AI Partners, Inc. ("AI Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). Data Sync helps authorized business customers synchronize QuickBooks Online and related business data into customer-authorized destinations for reporting, reconciliation, and analytics workflows. Data Sync is intended only for business use and is not offered for personal, household, or consumer use.
Depending on how Data Sync is configured, we may process account and contact information, organization and sync-target configuration, QuickBooks Online company identifiers, OAuth tokens and authorization metadata, service account or destination configuration, usage and diagnostic logs, support communications, and authorized business data from connected systems.
Customer business data may include accounting records, customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, bills, payments, items, classes, departments, tax data, transaction history, and related metadata made available through authorized QuickBooks Online APIs or other configured sources. We process this data only to provide the service and as directed by the customer.
We use information to operate Data Sync, authenticate connections, synchronize data, maintain state and logs, provide support, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, monitor reliability, analyze usage, improve workflows, protect AI Partners and others, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and exercise legal rights. We do not sell Customer Data.
Synchronized data may be queried, transformed, summarized, or otherwise processed for customer-authorized reporting, reconciliation, and analytics workflows. Data Sync does not currently use Customer Data for AI-assisted question answering or AI model training.
We may share information with service providers that help host, store, monitor, secure, analyze, or support Data Sync; with third-party services you authorize, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google Cloud and BigQuery, MongoDB, Render, and other providers reasonably needed to operate, secure, or support the sync service; with your administrators or authorized users; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to protect rights, property, safety, security, or service integrity; to enforce agreements; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, diligence process, or sale of assets. We require service providers to process information only for authorized purposes.
Your use of QuickBooks Online, Google Cloud, BigQuery, MongoDB, Render, and other configured services is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. Revoking Data Sync access in a third-party service may limit or stop synchronization.
If a customer disconnects QuickBooks Online or another connected service, previously synchronized data remains available as part of Data Sync until the applicable contract terminates, unless the contract states otherwise. After contract termination, we remove Customer Data, OAuth tokens, sync configuration, and service logs from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, needed to resolve disputes, necessary to enforce agreements, maintained in backups until overwritten in the ordinary course, or preserved in aggregated, de-identified, security, audit, or billing records.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and secure handling of credentials and tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that information will be free from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, interruption, corruption, or destruction. Customers remain responsible for managing permissions, backups, monitoring, and security settings in connected systems and data destinations.
Data Sync is intended for customers in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.
You may revoke QuickBooks Online or other third-party authorizations through the relevant provider, update organization configuration through authorized administrators, stop using Data Sync, or contact us with privacy questions. Revocation or disconnection may not delete previously synchronized data. Data deletion after contract termination is handled as described in the Retention section.
Data Sync is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of Data Sync after changes become effective means you acknowledge the updated policy.
